Sometimes we seek counseling because life feels difficult or painful and we want relief. Other times, we are ready to understand ourselves more deeply, strengthen our relationships, or take the next step toward the life we want.

Whatever brings you here, counseling can be a place to heal, grow, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

MEET DR. KENNEDY

Counseling grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect.

I’m Rebecca Kennedy, PhD, a licensed psychologist with more than 25 years of experience helping adults navigate challenges, relationships, transitions, trauma, and personal growth.

I believe we are all works in progress. We make mistakes. We encounter circumstances we never expected. We sometimes find ourselves repeating patterns that no longer serve us. And we also have the capacity to learn, heal, change, and begin again.

Counseling provides a place to understand what is happening in your life, identify what matters most to you, and find meaningful ways forward.

A PLACE TO BEGIN AGAIN

Every day is an opportunity
to begin again.

Counseling isn't only for the times when life feels painful or overwhelming. It can also be a place to understand yourself more deeply, recognize patterns, strengthen relationships, and consider what you want the next part of your life to look like.

We can't change what has happened to us. We can, however, change how those experiences impact our future and how we respond to challenges. We can move toward a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
